OpenWhy these tools are free
The slowest step in buying is not asking for a quote — it is deciding how much to ask for. Until the quantity is settled, quotes cannot be compared, budgets do not hold and stock either runs out or sits in a warehouse.
These calculators solve that step. Everything runs in your browser: no data is sent to a server, no sign-up, no email. Using the result with your own supplier is fine by us.
More tools, in Turkish
Six further calculators are published on the Turkish side of the site — fire extinguisher counts, cable sizing and voltage drop, safety signage sizes, ventilation airflow, document retention and fleet equipment lists. Several of those read against Turkish regulation limits, which is why they stayed Turkish. The interfaces are in Turkish, but the inputs are numbers and units, so they travel: see the full tool set.
If a specific one would be useful to you in English, tell us on the contact page — the ones people ask for get translated first.
The words on the paperwork
Buying in Türkiye means reading Turkish documents. Our glossary of Turkish procurement terms covers the words that turn up on quotes, delivery notes, invoices and customs paperwork — irsaliye, cari hesap, GTİP, KDV tevkifatı — with the English equivalent and what each one means for you in practice.
Turning a result into a quote
Every calculator that produces a quantity has a “Turn this into a quote request” button below the result. It carries the figures into the quote form so you only need to add brand preference, packing and the delivery address. For shipments outside Türkiye, add the destination country and the Incoterms rule you work with — our export shipping guide explains the choices.
Send your list — your quote is ready within 1 business day.
A list, a photo or an Excel file — whatever is easiest. On standard items most quotes go out the same business day. Custom production, imports or 50+ line lists can take longer; when they do, we tell you the timeline in writing on the day we receive the request.
