How is MRO supply planned for a factory?
In production plants the deciding factor is not unit price but downtime risk. That makes the plan two-layered: critical and single-source items are held in stock or committed with a written lead time; the non-critical majority is consolidated with one supplier to cut transaction count. Standardising item descriptions removes duplicate stock and wrong-part risk.
A factory’s procurement team may need to order bearings, gloves, toner and sugar for the tea station in the same week. A separate supplier, negotiation and invoice for every line — operational load grows and strategic work suffers.

Three requirements most often written wrong
In a production plant most purchasing is repeat consumables, which is exactly why an error lasts for years. These three are the conditions most often missing or out of date in specifications.

The regulation also names who may sign the inspection: the relevant engineer, technical teacher, technician or senior technician. Settle that before you buy the service.

How fast can you respond during a breakdown?
For urgent requests we check availability first and report what can be found the same day. To be straight about it: not every part can be found quickly — when it cannot, we write the equivalent options and the real lead time rather than an optimistic date.
Can you help build a critical spare parts list?
Yes, working from your equipment list and past failure records. We classify items by downtime impact and lead time, then set a reorder point for each: average consumption during the lead time plus a safety margin sized to how variable that consumption is.
Can different categories go on one order?
Yes. MRO, PPE, cleaning and office items can share a list and be met with one quote, one shipment and one invoice.
Can periodic maintenance materials be planned ahead?
Yes, and this is the most efficient way to work. Share the maintenance calendar and items are priced in advance, with long-lead items ordered in time.
Do you ship outside Türkiye?
Yes. We deliver across all 81 provinces of Türkiye and arrange export shipments abroad. On export orders the delivery term is agreed at quotation stage under Incoterms 2020 — EXW, FCA, CPT or DAP — and the quote states which party arranges and pays for carriage, and where our responsibility ends. Country of origin, HS code and any conformity documents needed for export are settled at the same stage.
What does an export quote include, and what does it not?
It includes the goods, export packing where required, and carriage up to the point defined by the agreed Incoterm. It does not include destination-country duties, taxes or customs charges — those sit with the buyer. Cargo insurance is not automatic under EXW, FCA, CPT or DAP; if you want it arranged, say so in the request and it appears as a separate line. Turkish VAT is zero-rated on exports once export clearance is completed.
Is there a minimum order for an export shipment?
There is no fixed minimum, but freight economics set a practical floor: on a low-value single-line order, carriage can exceed the value of the goods. Consolidating several categories into one shipment is usually what makes an export order worth placing — which is the same reason our buyers consolidate domestically. Tell us the delivery country and we will say honestly whether the freight makes sense before you spend time on a specification.
