One more thing worth having open while you read: the glossary of Turkish procurement terms. İrsaliye, cari hesap, GTİP and zimmet tutanağı appear on the paperwork of every order placed in Türkiye, and no English glossary contains them.
These guides are written for the person who has to place the order: what to write in a request so that quotes come back comparable, what a specification has to state, and what the standards actually require. They are not marketing pages — most of them are usable without ever contacting us.

Partly. The commercial mechanics — open account, term invoicing, export VAT, documentation — are specific to trading with a Turkish supplier. The technical content is standards-based (EN and ISO), so it applies wherever those standards are used. Where a Turkish regulation is the source, it is named and dated in the sources block at the end of the page.
Can I use these documents without buying anything?
Yes. The templates, specifications and calculators are free, require no registration and carry no obligation. They exist because a buyer who sends a well-specified request gets better quotes from everyone, including us.
Why are there more guides in Turkish than in English?
Because most of our buyers are in Türkiye and the guides are written for the problems they bring us. The English set covers the topics that matter most to a buyer outside Türkiye: commercial terms, standards and category specifications. If a Turkish guide covers something you need, tell us and we will prioritise translating it.
