Not a catalogue — a scope indicator. If an item you need is not listed, it is almost certainly still within scope; send the description and we will price it.
The items in this category are part of a pool of 28 listed items here, published together with every other category on the A to Z supply list — each with a short technical description and the unit it is ordered in. The same list is downloadable as a brand-free technical specification in Word and a unit-price schedule in Excel. That pool is a starting point rather than a boundary: items outside it are quoted the same way, from their measurable specification.
What has to be specified before a corporate apparel order?
Five things. Yarn and fabric (for example 30/1 combed ring-spun single jersey), fabric weight (promotional 120–150 g/m², standard corporate 150–170, print-optimised 180–200), decoration method, logo file (screen printing and embroidery need vector; raster needs at least 300 DPI at print size) and a size chart in centimetres. Method depends on fabric: sublimation needs at least 65% polyester and a light base, DTG needs high cotton content, DTF works on almost anything. Embroidery is priced by stitch count (per 1,000) and the digitising fee is one-off. AKSCO delivers items already decorated; screen and digitising costs appear as separate lines in the quote.
Scope: Product supply and print/embroidery decoration run together; screen, digitising and decoration costs appear as separate lines in the quote. Logo graphic design is outside our scope — you supply print-ready vector artwork (or raster at 300 DPI or better at print size). We deliver across all 81 provinces of Türkiye and ship export orders abroad under the Incoterm agreed on the quote.

Decoration methods compared
| Method | Fabric | Setup cost | Durability |
|---|---|---|---|
| Screen printing | Cotton, polyester, blends | Yes — one screen per colour | 50+ washes |
| DTG | High cotton content required | None | 15–25 washes |
| DTF | Almost all fabrics, including dark | None | 20–30 washes |
| Sublimation | Polyester only (min. 65%), light base | None | Excellent indoors; fades outdoors |
| Embroidery | Stable knits, 280+ g/m² preferred | One-off digitising | 100+ washes — most durable |
Break-even matters: screen setup is charged per colour, so a four-colour logo on a 30-piece run means four screens and can double the unit price. DTF is usually the better answer at those volumes.
Logos on certified PPE
| Class | Fluorescent background | Retroreflective tape |
|---|---|---|
| Class 1 | ≥ 0.14 m² | ≥ 0.10 m² |
| Class 2 | ≥ 0.50 m² | ≥ 0.13 m² |
| Class 3 | ≥ 0.80 m² | ≥ 0.20 m² |
Two rules decide whether a logo is acceptable: the class is set by the lowest visible area, and it is measured on the smallest size in the range with all fastenings at their narrowest. A logo that is harmless on XL can drop the class on S.
“Printing a logo voids the certification” is wrong as an absolute and right as a condition. Heat-transfer badges, sewn badges or embroidery covering less than 10 cm² do not trigger flame-retardant testing under EN ISO 14116. On antistatic garments, marking wider than 5 cm, larger than 100 cm² in total or thicker than 2 mm does require retesting to EN 1149-5. We ask the manufacturer’s decoration guidance in writing before quoting decorated certified garments.
Frequently Asked Questions
Nearby categories: Office Kitchen & Breakroom · AV & Communication Systems. A single request often spans several categories; they are priced in one quote and settled on one invoice. The full list is on product categories, and Turkish procurement terms you will meet on the paperwork are explained in the glossary.
Do you deliver items already printed?
Yes. Sourcing and decoration are handled as one job, and screen, digitising and print costs appear as separate lines in the quote so the cost structure stays visible.
Is embroidery more expensive than printing?
Not always. Embroidery is priced by stitch count, so a 3,000-stitch left-chest logo can undercut a four-colour screen print at low volumes — and it survives 100+ washes, which usually makes it the lowest lifetime cost for corporate identity wear.
How are sizes collected for a bulk apparel order?
By measurement, then confirmed with a sample size set. Size marking on protective clothing is based on body dimensions in centimetres under EN ISO 13688 — chest girth and height for upper garments, waist and height for trousers. Our planning assumption (not a published figure) is a 10–20% exchange rate for declaration-based collection (“write down your size”) and 3–7% with measurement plus a sample set. Keep the centimetre data rather than the letter sizes: fit allowance varies between manufacturers by as much as a full size.
How long does a printed apparel order take?
Plan on four to six weeks from start to delivery for a decorated bulk order. A typical breakdown: product selection and quotes 3–5 working days, sample size set 2–5 days, measurement and fitting 3–7 days, supply 3–10 days, print or embroidery 5–10 days, delivery 1–3 days. Non-stock colours or special fabrics can extend this by a further three to six weeks.
Is artwork preparation included?
Product supply and decoration run together, with screen, digitising and decoration costs shown as separate lines in the quote. Graphic design is outside our scope — you supply print-ready vector artwork, or raster at 300 DPI or better at print size.
Do you ship outside Türkiye?
Yes. We deliver across all 81 provinces of Türkiye and arrange export shipments abroad. On export orders the delivery term is agreed at quotation stage under Incoterms 2020 — EXW, FCA, CPT or DAP — and the quote states which party arranges and pays for carriage, and where our responsibility ends. Country of origin, HS code and any conformity documents needed for export are settled at the same stage.
What does an export quote include, and what does it not?
It includes the goods, export packing where required, and carriage up to the point defined by the agreed Incoterm. It does not include destination-country duties, taxes or customs charges — those sit with the buyer. Cargo insurance is not automatic under EXW, FCA, CPT or DAP; if you want it arranged, say so in the request and it appears as a separate line. Turkish VAT is zero-rated on exports once export clearance is completed.
Is there a minimum order for an export shipment?
There is no fixed minimum, but freight economics set a practical floor: on a low-value single-line order, carriage can exceed the value of the goods. Consolidating several categories into one shipment is usually what makes an export order worth placing — which is the same reason our buyers consolidate domestically. Tell us the delivery country and we will say honestly whether the freight makes sense before you spend time on a specification.
These three questions are the same on every category and industry page. The full answer — Incoterms, the document set and ISPM 15 packing — is in our export shipping guide.
