What makes a packaging quote comparable?
Packaging is priced on measurable properties, and quotes that omit them cannot be compared. Corrugated boxes need internal dimensions, flute type (B / C / BC / EB) and whether the strength is stated as ECT or bursting strength; stretch film needs micron thickness, width, roll weight and whether it is hand or machine grade; tape needs width, length and adhesive type. Two of these are systematically left out — box internal versus external dimensions, and stretch film net weight versus gross roll weight — and both change the real unit cost by double digits. If your freight is billed on volumetric weight, the box size is a shipping cost decision as much as a packaging one.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you arrange custom-size boxes?
Yes. With your dimensions and quantities we organise custom-size boxes, printed tape and similar custom production.
Can you cover extra volume in peak season?
Yes. Share your season plan in advance and we raise safety stock and adjust delivery frequency to demand.
Should box dimensions be given as internal or external?
Internal, because that is what determines whether the product fits, and state explicitly that they are internal. External dimensions matter separately for volumetric freight and for pallet fit. A quote that does not say which set it is quoting is not comparable — the wall thickness of a double-wall box can differ by 7–8 mm per side from a single-wall box of the same nominal size.
How is stretch film compared between suppliers?
On net film weight per roll and on micron thickness together, never on roll price alone. Two rolls quoted at the same price can differ by 30% in net weight once the core is excluded, and a thinner pre-stretched film can wrap more pallets than a thicker conventional one. Ask for micron, width, net weight and whether it is hand or machine grade on every line.
Can packaging be supplied with our own print?
Printed tape and printed boxes are available; both carry a one-off plate or die cost and a minimum order quantity, which we show as separate lines so you can see the break-even against plain packaging. Artwork must be supplied print-ready — graphic design is outside our scope.
Do you ship outside Türkiye?
Yes. We deliver across all 81 provinces of Türkiye and arrange export shipments abroad. On export orders the delivery term is agreed at quotation stage under Incoterms 2020 — EXW, FCA, CPT or DAP — and the quote states which party arranges and pays for carriage, and where our responsibility ends. Country of origin, HS code and any conformity documents needed for export are settled at the same stage.
What does an export quote include, and what does it not?
It includes the goods, export packing where required, and carriage up to the point defined by the agreed Incoterm. It does not include destination-country duties, taxes or customs charges — those sit with the buyer. Cargo insurance is not automatic under EXW, FCA, CPT or DAP; if you want it arranged, say so in the request and it appears as a separate line. Turkish VAT is zero-rated on exports once export clearance is completed.
Is there a minimum order for an export shipment?
There is no fixed minimum, but freight economics set a practical floor: on a low-value single-line order, carriage can exceed the value of the goods. Consolidating several categories into one shipment is usually what makes an export order worth placing — which is the same reason our buyers consolidate domestically. Tell us the delivery country and we will say honestly whether the freight makes sense before you spend time on a specification.
