Before you send your request
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
No. Prices are quoted excluding VAT and VAT is shown on a separate line, so the figure you compare and the figure you budget are the same.
Which currency will the quote be in?
Turkish lira (TRY) as standard. Tell us at request stage if you need EUR or USD and we will quote in that currency, stating the reference rate and its date.
Does requesting a quote commit me to anything?
No. Requesting a quote is free and creates no purchase obligation for you. On our side, the prices on the quote are firm for the validity period printed on it.
Is my list kept confidential?
Yes. When we ask our own suppliers and distributors for prices we do not give them your company name, delivery address or project information — only the technical description and quantity. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement before quoting on request.
What format can I send my list in?
Whatever is easiest: Excel, PDF, a photo of a handwritten list, or plain text in the box. You do not need product codes — describing what the item has to do is enough.
How long does a quote take?
On standard items, within 1 business day; most go out the same business day. Custom production, imports and lists of 50+ lines can take longer — we tell you how long on the day we receive the request.
