For Category III PPE (fall arrest, respiratory protection, chemical protection) the CE mark is followed by a four-digit notified body number. Every category carries an EU declaration of conformity (supplied with the product or linked in the instructions). For all categories, the manufacturer’s instructions in the user’s language must accompany the product. We state item by item in the quote which document is supplied; conformity declarations and test certificates are provided at quotation stage on request and copies ship with the goods.

By measurement, not by asking people to state their size, and confirmed with a sample size set before the order is placed. Size marking on protective clothing is based on body dimensions in centimetres under EN ISO 13688 — chest girth and height for upper garments, waist girth and height for trousers — so the centimetre data stays valid even if the brand changes. Our planning assumption (not a published figure) is a 10–20% exchange rate for declaration-based collection and 3–7% with measurement plus a sample set.

There is no single legal interval; the manufacturer’s instructions and your own risk assessment govern. Practical planning figures: safety footwear and high-visibility clothing around 12 months, earmuffs around 24 months, helmets 3–5 years from date of manufacture, disposable respirators marked NR for a single shift. Fall arrest equipment is withdrawn immediately after any fall, regardless of age.

Yes. We deliver across all 81 provinces of Türkiye and arrange export shipments abroad. On export orders the delivery term is agreed at quotation stage under Incoterms 2020 — EXW, FCA, CPT or DAP — and the quote states which party arranges and pays for carriage, and where our responsibility ends. Country of origin, HS code and any conformity documents needed for export are settled at the same stage.

It includes the goods, export packing where required, and carriage up to the point defined by the agreed Incoterm. It does not include destination-country duties, taxes or customs charges — those sit with the buyer. Cargo insurance is not automatic under EXW, FCA, CPT or DAP; if you want it arranged, say so in the request and it appears as a separate line. Turkish VAT is zero-rated on exports once export clearance is completed.

There is no fixed minimum, but freight economics set a practical floor: on a low-value single-line order, carriage can exceed the value of the goods. Consolidating several categories into one shipment is usually what makes an export order worth placing — which is the same reason our buyers consolidate domestically. Tell us the delivery country and we will say honestly whether the freight makes sense before you spend time on a specification.
